It’s highly recommended. Getting pre approved will give you a good idea of what you qualify for and your monthly payments. Offers without a pre approval letter or proof of funds aren’t typically competitive.
How much do I need for a down payment?
It depends on the loan, but there are options that require less that you might expect.
How long does it take to buy a home?
From accepted offer to closing is usually around 30-45 days.
Do I pay anything to work with you as a buyer?
In most cases, the seller covers the buyer agent commission. While it’s not typical, the sellers may ask the buyer to pay buyer agents commission as part of the negotiation process.
